BRIEF PROFILE OF PROF S.MURALIDHAR DIRECTOR, MBA PROGRAM & TRAINING & PLACEMENT
Prof S.Muralidhar is a post graduate in HRM from Madras University and post graduate in Laws from Annamalai University. He is a Fellow of International Society of Management. He has more than 25 years experience in Industry- Public sector, Private sector and MNC. He was General Manager for an INR 500 crores company. He has been in academics for more than 10 years as Professor in St Joseph’s College of Business Administration and Director, AVK Group of Institutions Bangalore. He is presently Director, BTL Institute of Technology and Management, Bangalore. He has presented many papers in National and International conferences in India and abroad. He is on the editorial board of an international journal “Advances in Management” and “Spiritual Quest” and wrote many articles on management in business journals and newspapers. As a HR consultant he has conducted many training programs in corporate and academic organizations. He has co authored a book ‘Contemporary Human Resources Management’

5) Training and Placement Department Profile

BTL Institute of Technology and Management have a fully developed Training & Placement cell working for the best possible training and placement of students. Training programs are organized round the year to make students capable, skilled & employable.
 Our placement cell has developed good contacts with various national and multinational companies which are helpful in getting placement for our students. This cell also organizes free personality development programs and communication skill classes for all round development of students. Leading companies visit the campus and select the students when they are studying in the final year as well as pre final year. Training is given to the students in taking aptitude tests and technical test. Mock Tests, Mock Interviews and Mock Group Discussions are conducted to train students to perform well in the campus selections. Entrepreneurship Development seminars/workshops are conducted using the services of experts from in and outside the college.
Founded on the “win-win” principle, Placement Division of BTLITM is the vehicle on which valued relationships and collaboration between the College and Corporate community are formed - thereby promoting partnerships between business and education.
We have the Institute Industry Interaction in the areas of research, development and consultancy with built in expertise in Mechanical Engineering, Information Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Management. Over the last few years the College has gained a reputation for consistent, high-quality placements, and has formed many lasting and fruitful relationships with the corporate world.
