I. INDUSTRIAL INTERACTION PROGRAMME:
Title of the topic: Recent Trends and current job opportunities in VLSI domain.
Resource person: Mr. Rao from RV VLSI Date: 26/03/2010. Venue: BTLIT Seminar Hall
Most of the brilliant students lacks the skill to interact with industries, essential to be the successful leaders, therefore it requires knowledge of (i) Recent trends in various engineering branches in particular the specific field of ECE branch. (ii) Job opportunities in the latest field of ECE branch. The final year students were trained successfully by having three hours interaction on the above topic. The students were satisfied and programme was successful.

II. SKILL DEVELOPMENT APPROACH TO FACE WRITTEN TEST AND INTERVIEWS OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE INDUSTRIES: Resource person: Mr.Murtuza Nagaria, M/S Quantum leap Bangalore and Miss Asma Alumini of BTLIT 2009 passed out.

The above resource persons were kind enough to train ECE final year students to develop the skills to face the written test and interview either in hardware and software related industries.
The keynotes were excellent and informative. The programme was conducted successfully.
III. INDUSTRY CUM EXCURSION PROGRAMME:
Places: Ooty, Kodaikanal (Kodak film factory visit)
Date: 24/04/2010 to 26/04/2010. Programme Incharge: Mr B. Suresh, Mr.Santhosh H.R and Mr. Victor Jayaseelan D.
The programme Incharge took the prefinal year students on three days industrial visit cum excursion programme to ooty, kodaikanal on 24/04/2010. After visiting nearby industries and tourist places around ooty, kodaikanal students were back on 26/04/2010
From this trip the students got the information about the making of photographic film and they enjoyed well.
IV. FAREWELL PROGRAMME TO FINAL YEAR STUDENTS:
Date: 01/05/2010 Venue: BTLIT Seminar Hall
After completion of the seminars, project review programme farewell function was organized by ECE EAGLEs ( An association of ECE students) on 01/05/2010. ( May day Holiday)
It was a heart touching event . The staff members advised the students to be hardworking, sincere, patience and civilized human beings while discharging their responsibilities. Outgoing students shared their experiences in the college ,expressing their gratitude towards the teachers , founder chairman and BTLITM Trust. It was a very beautiful “ALL IS WELL” programme.
